Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup NBF® organic coconut flour
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup NBF® extra virgin avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup NFB® organic coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp NBF® premium vanilla agave syrup
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease a pan.
  2. In a bowl mix the banana, oil, yogurt, sugar, eggs, vanilla syrup, and mix.
  3. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix very well.
  4. Add the chopped nuts and the grated coconut, mix.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pan.
  6. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
  7. Let cool before cutting.
