Healthy Waffles

Healthful and yummy comfort waffles! These are easy to throw together and great for breakfast, snack time or as dessert. Top them with one of our organic jams, syrups or organic honey.


  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 cups vegetal milk (Almond, rice, coconut, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup NBF® neutral coconut oil
  • 2 tsp NBF® organic agave syrup 
  • 1 tsp NBF® organic vanilla agave syrup
  • 1 1/4 cups NBF® organic coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • NBF® organic honey


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, oil and agave
  2. Mix coconut flour, ground flax seed, oat bran, baking powder and salt, until smooth
  3. Preheat a waffle iron and coat it with oil
  4. Pour mixture into waffle iron in batches and cook until crisp
  5. Serve hot with fresh fruit and NBF® organic honey
