Pudding Chia

The healthiest breakfast full of superfoods and ideal if you are craving something creamy, fruity, nutty and sweet!


  1. 3 tb chia seeds mixed with our NBF® organic honey or NBF® organic butter honey (leave this mix in a container for at least 2 hours)
  2. 1 cup of coconut or almond milk
  3. Frozen berries or banana
  4. Lots of almonds


Mix everything and left in the fridge until it gets like pudding.
