Pudding Chia
The healthiest breakfast full of superfoods and ideal if you are craving something creamy, fruity, nutty and sweet!
Ingredients
- 3 tb chia seeds mixed with our NBF® organic honey or NBF® organic butter honey (leave this mix in a container for at least 2 hours)
- 1 cup of coconut or almond milk
- Frozen berries or banana
- Lots of almonds
Instructions:
Mix everything and left in the fridge until it gets like pudding.
